Mindshare, the media agency network appointed Melissa Tang to the role of Managing Director, Mindshare Singapore, effective immediately. Tang takes on the role after 7 years in Mindshare. Tang’s new role sees her take the
overall leadership position, responsible for the development and growth
of the Singapore business.
Speaking on the appointment, Gowthaman
Ragothaman, COO, Mindshare Asia Pacific, said, “We are excited for
Melissa, who has a proven record of success. Singapore is on the cusp of
a new age in marketing and advertising, where technology, data and a
thriving entrepreneurial spirit are changing the marketing landscape.
Mel is taking this leadership at a time when Mindshare in Singapore is

we have a great leader who can take Mindshare Singapore to the next
level.”
Tang holds 15 years of experience in
leading teams across a variety of categories. Prior to this, she was
previously Managing Partner – Head of Exchange for Mindshare Singapore,
overseeing the company’s trading division. She has built a reputation
for developing efficiencies, incubating new business models, and
creating new opportunities through partnerships.
Commenting on her new role, Tang, said,
