RAM Week 6: Big FM continues to lead in Mumbai & Radio Mirchi in Kolkata

Red FM remained at fourth spot with 10.9 percent of listenership pie and Big FM followed closely with 10.7 percent shares.
Fever FM Evening Drive with RJ Nitin stood strong at top spot, while Dilli ke Do Dabang with RJ Manu and Abhilash climbed to second positin and Zara Si Life with RJ Rhicha Vyas slipped to third spot.
Mumbai
Big FM continued to lead in Mumbai market with 18.4 percent of listenership pie. Radio City remained at second spot with 15.8 percent of total market shares, followed closely by Fever FM with 15 percent shares.
At fourth position was Radio Mirchi with 13.4 percent of listenership pie, while Red FM stood at fifth spot with 10.5 percent shares.
Big FM’s Suhana Safar with Anu Kapoor remained at top spot, while Breakfast Show with RJ Siddharth climbed to second position. Radio City’s Kal Bhi Aaj Bhi with RJ Gaurav slipped to third position.
Kolkata
With 19.4 percent of total market shares, Radio Mirchi topped the chart once again in Kolkata. Big FM and Fever FM had a tie and both stood with 15 percent of listenership pie.
Oye FM and Aamar FM stood at fourth and fifth position with 10.2 and 9.1 percent of total market shares, respectively.
Radio Mirchi’s Kaali Kotha with RJ Jaganath stood strong at top spot, while Breakfast Show with RJ Mir remained at second position and Big FM Breakfast Show with Khas Koushik returned to third spot.
Bangalore
Among the Bangalore FM radio players, Radio City maintained its lead with 23.5 percent of listenership pie. Big FM stood strong at second spot with 20.4 percent of total market shares, followed by Radio Mirchi with 16.2 percent shares.
Fever FM occupied fourth position with 14 percent of total market shares, while Red FM stood at fifth spot with 5.4 percent shares.
Big FM’s Big Coffee with RJ Shruti led the chart once again, followed by Radio City’s City Muthu with RJ Rachna and Radio Mirchi’s City Muthu with RJ Smitha.
